Art Historian, Peju Layiwola, wants young people to catch the creative arts fun this summer holiday, as she concludes plans for the programme running from Aug. 1 – 30.
Open free to young people, Layiwola is driving this summer bash under the auspices of the Women and Youth Art Foundation at its 14, Bank Olemo Close off Akerele Road in Surulere Lagos.
Participants will be taught the art of tie and dye, traditionally known as Adirein Nigeria, sculpting, and printing. They will learn the art of making decorative vases in ceramics amongst other art forms.
